Terms of Use

1. Contract and service scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KEEP SHINE LIMITED, operator of Bigboo and publisher on Google Play under the developer name Keep Shine ("Bigboo," "we," "us," or "our").

They apply to the Bigboo Android app and its account, profile, discovery, messaging, voice, selected media, one-to-one audio and video communication, digital purchase, advertising, support, moderation, and safety functions (the "Service"). The Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

2. 18+ eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are 18 or older, legally capable of entering this agreement, and not prohibited by applicable law. Do not falsify age, assist a minor in bypassing a safeguard, let a minor use your account, or bring a minor into an adult interaction on Bigboo.

We may use age gates, account history, eligibility signals, and proportionate verification. Access may be restricted while a review is pending, and an ineligible account or an account reasonably suspected of minor access may be closed. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every user is truthful.

3. Account responsibilities

Information used for registration and a profile must be accurate, current, and yours to provide. Protect credentials, retain control of the connected login method, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, rented, lent, shared, or transferred.

Profile names, images, biographies, interests, and other representations must not impersonate another person, violate rights, or materially deceive users. Automated, bulk, fraudulent, and repeat-abuse accounts are prohibited. To the extent allowed by law, you are responsible for activity through your account.

4. Profiles and communication

Bigboo allows adults to discover profiles and communicate through text, voice messages, selected media, and one-to-one audio or video sessions. You choose whether to start, accept, continue, or end an interaction. Feature availability and connection quality may vary by location, device, version, or account.

We do not guarantee a connection, response, audience, compatibility, identity verification, background check, or particular outcome. Exercise judgment, protect personal and financial information, and use report, block, or call-ending controls when an interaction feels unsafe.

5. Camera, microphone, and recording

Bigboo accesses a camera or microphone after Android permission is granted and you activate a feature that needs it. Revoking a permission in device settings may prevent video, audio, voice-message, or capture features from working.

Obtain all consent required by law before recording, capturing, publishing, or redistributing another person's image, voice, message, or call. Covert recording, voyeurism, blackmail, sexual coercion, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited. A recipient may preserve communications through tools outside Bigboo, so do not assume that an interaction is confidential.

6. User Content and operating license

You keep ownership of original profile material, text, images, video, audio, messages, reports, feedback, and other content you provide ("User Content"). You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions and that the content complies with these Terms.

You grant KEEP SHINE LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, cache, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and technically modify User Content only as reasonably needed to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, and improve Bigboo; follow your settings; enforce these Terms; and comply with legal duties.

This license ends when content leaves active systems, except where a copy remains with another user, in a controlled backup, in a safety or legal record, or where retention is otherwise permitted or required.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Bigboo to:

• violate law, legal orders, sanctions, or another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
• harass, stalk, threaten, shame, coerce, extort, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
• create, request, possess, transmit, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, child trafficking, or other child endangerment;
• share non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, credible threats, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
• impersonate someone, misstate age or identity, or operate a romance, investment, payment, credential, account-recovery, or other scam;
• send spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, automated messages, scraping requests, or disruptive traffic;
• collect, disclose, or sell another user's information without authorization;
• reverse engineer, bypass access or safety restrictions, probe security, manipulate advertising or purchases, or interfere with the Service; or
• buy, sell, exchange, or transfer an account, digital item, credit, or access outside an authorized Bigboo feature.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Use the report or block control from the relevant profile, conversation, or active or recent call. A report must be truthful and submitted in good faith. Do not download or email suspected child sexual abuse material; follow the Child Safety Policy and use in-app reporting.

We may combine automated signals and trained review when assessing suspected violations. We may end an interaction, remove or limit content, reduce visibility, restrict features, warn a user, suspend or terminate an account, deter repeat registration, preserve evidence, and contact an authority or qualified safety organization where appropriate or required.

Moderation does not guarantee that every violation will be identified or prevented. Where appropriate and legally permitted, an adult user may appeal through available support. Victim privacy, safety, law, and investigative integrity may restrict the details we can provide.

9. Child safety standards

Bigboo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Minors are not allowed to use the Service. The Child Safety Policy provides definitions, prohibited conduct, reporting and blocking instructions, review and enforcement standards, cooperation practices, and the designated contact.

10. Google Play purchases

Bigboo may make credits, digital items, virtual benefits, or paid feature access available through Google Play Billing. The checkout screen identifies the product, price, and material terms before payment. A product is not recurring unless the checkout screen expressly describes it as a subscription.

Digital items are licensed, not sold. They are not legal tender or stored value, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside an authorized feature. We may correct a balance affected by error, refund, chargeback, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

Google Play processes sensitive payment credentials and applies its billing and refund rules. Except where law provides otherwise, consumed digital items are non-refundable. Removing Bigboo or deleting an account does not itself create a refund and may not cancel billing managed separately by Google Play.

11. Advertising and third parties

Bigboo may show contextual or personalized advertising where permitted. Related information and choices are described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising does not constitute our endorsement of an advertiser or offer.

Independent providers, SDKs, sites, and platforms, including Google Play, may support or be linked from the Service. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their products. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we are not responsible for an independent third party's content or conduct.

12. Intellectual property

Bigboo software, interfaces, visual design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and content provided by us or our licensors are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Android app for its intended purpose.

Do not copy, sell, publicly distribute, create a derivative product from, or use Bigboo branding without authorization, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits and does not allow this restriction.

13. Service changes, suspension, termination, and deletion

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or retired for safety, security, legal, technical, demand, or business reasons. We provide notice where required. Availability may differ by location, device, version, or account.

You may stop using Bigboo and request permanent account deletion through the app or the Account Deletion page. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, address safety or fraud, comply with law, protect users, or discontinue the Service.

Your license ends on termination. Provisions that logically survive, including ownership, payment obligations, retained-content permissions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms, remain effective.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bigboo is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from a course of dealing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, a particular connection or result, another user's identity or conduct, or the accuracy or safety of User Content.

A warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude remains available.

15. Liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEEP SHINE LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, opportunity, or loss resulting from another user's or independent third party's conduct.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections remain effective.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KEEP SHINE LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of Bigboo, your User Content, or a material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our unlawful conduct.

16. Disputes, applicable law, and updates

Before filing a claim, you and we will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve it informally using the contact below. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to KEEP SHINE LIMITED and the transaction, without applying conflict-of-law principles to the extent permitted. A court with competent jurisdiction may hear a claim.

Nothing removes mandatory consumer protection or access to a local court that cannot lawfully be waived. We may update these Terms for product, safety, operational, or legal changes. Material revisions will receive notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will continue.
