Published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Child Safety Policy

Effective date: August 12th, 2026

Zero tolerance. Bigboo prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to endanger a person under 18 through the Service.

1. Public standards and coverage

KEEP SHINE LIMITED, operator of Bigboo and publisher on Google Play under the developer name Keep Shine, issues these standards. They apply worldwide to accounts, profiles, discovery, text, voice, images, videos, one-to-one audio or video sessions, reports, and all other Bigboo features.

These standards form part of the Terms of Use and work with the Privacy Policy.

2. Adult-only access

Bigboo is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. A minor may not register, use another person's account, join a call or chat, or be introduced into an adult Bigboo interaction. Users must not falsify age, help a minor bypass a safeguard, or knowingly permit minor participation.

We may apply age gating, eligibility signals, account review, or proportionate verification. Where minor access is reasonably suspected, we may promptly restrict features, request verification, preserve safety evidence, and close the account. No control can guarantee prevention of every false age statement.

3. Definitions

Child or minor means a person under 18 for purposes of these product standards, even if a local rule sets a different age for another subject.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, grooming, enticement, sexual solicitation, sextortion, coercion, trafficking for sexual purposes, and facilitating sexual access to a child.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means a visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct or depicted in a sexually abusive manner. Subject to law and these standards, it may include photos, video, live media, drawings, altered content, and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery.

4. Never-allowed content and conduct

A user must not create, request, upload, send, stream, store, trade, promote, link to, normalize, or assist:

Calling material fictional, humorous, artistic, educational, AI-generated, or created outside Bigboo does not excuse prohibited use. Authorities and qualified organizations should use appropriate secure and lawful channels rather than ordinary user features.

5. In-app reporting and blocking

Use the relevant profile, conversation, or active or recent call screen:

  1. open the safety menu and choose Report;
  2. select Child Safety or the closest available reason;
  3. enter a concise description, account name, approximate time, and safe contextual information;
  4. submit the report; and
  5. select Block to stop further contact where appropriate.

You may report conduct directed at another person. Reports must be truthful and made in good faith. If in-app reporting is unavailable, email hohnsteinfelicasu6488@gmail.com and provide safe contextual information only.

6. Never copy or send suspected CSAM

Do not download, screenshot, record, reproduce, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to an email. Use the in-app report route and provide only non-illegal context, such as an account name, profile link, approximate time, and written description.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. In the United States, suspected online child sexual exploitation may also be reported directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (external official reporting website).

7. Review and product enforcement

Reports are prioritized according to apparent urgency and risk. Review may combine trained personnel, automated detection, account history, relevant content, communication metadata, device or network signals, and reporter information.

Depending on the facts, we may:

We do not require a criminal conviction before enforcing product standards and may act on a reasonable safety assessment, subject to applicable law and required appeal rights. Moderation cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected or prevented.

8. Legal cooperation

Bigboo follows applicable child-safety law and responds to valid legal process. We maintain a process to report confirmed or apparent CSAM to a competent authority or qualified regional organization. Where law permits, we may make an emergency disclosure when reasonably necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm.

A government or law-enforcement request should identify the authority, legal basis, relevant account or records, and response deadline. We may request clarification or challenge an invalid or overbroad demand.

9. Evidence privacy and appeals

Safety information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Access is limited to personnel and providers with a legitimate need. Relevant records may be retained to prevent repeat abuse, comply with reporting duties, protect victims and reporters, cooperate with authorities, resolve disputes, and establish or defend claims.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, an adult user may appeal through available in-app support or the contact below. Victim privacy, safety, legal restrictions, and investigative integrity may limit what can be disclosed.

10. Ongoing safety measures and updates

Our safety program includes an 18+ rule, eligibility and account review, reporting and blocking controls, moderation, risk detection, trained escalation, repeat-offender controls, restricted evidence handling, and cooperation with qualified authorities. We review safeguards as threats, technology, law, Google Play requirements, and Bigboo features change.

These standards may be updated for new risks, law, or product changes. The current public page will display its effective date. A revision does not prevent action against conduct that violated an earlier version or applicable law.
