Delete Your Bigboo Account

1. External deletion resource

This publicly accessible page allows a user to request deletion of a Bigboo account and associated data. Bigboo is published on Google Play under the developer name Keep Shine and operated by KEEP SHINE LIMITED.

You may use the in-app method or the email method below. You do not need to reinstall Bigboo or regain access to the app before sending an email request.

2. Delete inside the app

1. Open Bigboo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Settings.
4. Open Account.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Complete the account-ownership check, read the final notice, and confirm permanent deletion.

Processing begins after valid verification and final confirmation. If labels change in a future release, look for Delete Account in account, privacy, security, or profile settings.

3. Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in or reach the in-app control, write from the email address connected to the account where possible.

Email a Bigboo deletion request

Use the subject line:

Bigboo Account Deletion Request - Your User ID

Include only information reasonably needed to locate and verify the account:

• your Bigboo User ID or profile ID;
• the email address or phone number connected to the account, if applicable;
• your approximate last successful login date; and
• a screenshot of your profile, if available, with unrelated sensitive details redacted.

Never send a password, full payment-card information, a government identification number, or suspected illegal content. Limited additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion.

4. Verification and timing

• In-app request: the workflow begins after ownership verification and final confirmation.
• Email request: a complete request is generally verified and processed within 3-5 business days.

A permitted delay may occur if identity cannot be verified, a security or safety investigation is active, a valid preservation obligation applies, or isolated backup removal follows a controlled cycle. Any shorter mandatory response deadline will be followed.

5. Information covered

Subject to the exceptions below, deletion covers account-linked personal data in active systems, including:

• credentials, account identifiers, profile details, settings, and preferences;
• messages, selected media, voice messages, and other User Content remaining under our control;
• device, activity, advertising, and communication metadata linked to the account;
• support and report information not needed for an ongoing safety, fraud, dispute, or legal purpose; and
• unused account-bound balances, virtual items, or digital entitlements not independently required to be retained.

Deletion cannot erase a copy independently saved or lawfully retained by another user, information you directed us to disclose to an independent third party, or information already de-identified so that it no longer reasonably identifies you.

6. Limited retention

Only information reasonably necessary for a lawful purpose may be retained, including:

• transaction, tax, accounting, chargeback, and refund records for the period required by applicable law, which may be up to seven years in some jurisdictions;
• fraud-prevention, security, abuse, child-safety, enforcement, and dispute records for as long as reasonably needed to protect users and Bigboo;
• records subject to valid legal process, litigation hold, or mandatory reporting duties;
• isolated backups until overwritten under the applicable controlled cycle; and
• aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies a person.

Retained information is access-restricted and is not used for unrelated advertising or ordinary personalization. Where applicable, deletion instructions are passed to processors handling account data for us.

7. Google Play purchases and subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically reverse or refund a completed Google Play purchase. It may permanently remove access to unused account-bound credits or digital items. Refund eligibility follows Google Play rules, applicable law, and the checkout terms.

If a purchase is expressly identified as a recurring subscription, deleting Bigboo or its account may not cancel billing managed separately by Google Play. Cancel that subscription through Google Play before deleting the account. A non-recurring item does not automatically renew unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

8. Cancel a pending email request

If an email request is still pending, reply within the same thread with the subject Cancel Bigboo Account Deletion Request. We will try to stop processing, but an account cannot be restored after deletion is completed.
